Reyrolle Switchgear operations are still based at the original Reyrolle Works in the North East of England enabling Siemens to offer full OEM capabilities, fully supported by the latest manufacturing and Research and Development activities.

The Reyrolle works UK maintains the full production capability to deliver Medium Voltage extension equipment (from 3.3kV to 33kV). These solutions are available for a large percentage of the Reyrolle installed base and use original designs, components and materials. Supporting our activities we have a uniquely experienced Field Installation team, equipped with all of the necessary skills required to install, test, commission, operate and maintain your Reyrolle switchgear equipment.

An estimated quarter of a million Reyrolle products were manufactured between the 1930’s to present day, with the peak of UK buying during the 1960’s. The combination of outstanding build quality and design means that a high proportion of these units are still in service today.
